I like in this episode there were several refrences to casey. How mickey mashed the word booyakasha, cowabunga, and goongala. And how raph also said goongala even the in the earlier episodes mikey and raph thought that word was stupid. So something terible must have happened sadness

Thankfully, it was only an alternate timeline and non-canon to the actual storyline. The turtles are okay and so are April, Casey, Karai, and the rest of their allies. It didn't really happen.
