23:56 Ok, I'll admit that it's lackluster as a remaster, but if they really wanted to remove the mission structure, they might as well make a new game. The entire game is built around this structure. They'd have to tell the story in an entirely different way, create a way to prevent backtracking and completely change the way of deciding when the player is allowed to go to a certain room or not and they'd have to change the conditions for triggering basically any event in the game. Also, the content of some missions would have to be removed entirely because they won't fit into a non-mission structure.

Dark Moon is easily the most replayable. The scarescraper is perfectly paced to play in both single and multiplayer without any changes. I still go back every couple months to do a 20 floor run, even 10 years later. Most of the time now, I'm by myself. My girlfriend does join in on occasion. She doesn't care much for games, but joins in to take interest in my hobbies
