I knew something seemed odd... only now I'm realizing how small the sketch really is (comparing the size of your hand) and yeah that is like wow it must be a somewhat small drawing and I know those are hard to put detail sometimes, so yeah to be made in such size these are very good detailed.. I mean the teeth omg so tiny and yet you managed to get them done right there /: I don't know I'm speaking as soneone who really struggles with small size drawings or small details
