SPM could get as much as a 5 year set off. Which means he wouldn't be eligible for another five years. Its very, very rare for a person to make their first parole here in Texas. He could get a year (the least) up to a five year (the most) set off.

NEVER! I used to be a fan of SPM but as I became an adult I looked into his case and changed my mind after I found out there was 8 children involved not the 1 he got charged with that everyone thought was a setup. Oh and he had a child with a 13 year old, that is a FACT!!!

I say he needs to remain locked up. Why do we feel has a society that entertainers or celebrities should be treated any different then a regular molester. Same rules apply. On top of that he will be a sex offender & will not be allowed to attend, shows, and a lot more being on that list.
