I would say partly surgery, but when you’re that size you actually need to lose a significant amount of weight or you’re limited by how much you can take off. So he was doing so extreme changes so his body can adjust correctly to the point that when he did surgery, his body’s hormones were not out of whack.

He was plant based and primarily a fruitarian in his early days here. He hasn't been overweight for that long which tends to be better overall than long term obesity. Many promoted lifestyles and physiques are promoted as healthy even though they aren't natural or functional long term. I'm not mad at him for getting the bag for 2 years off of extra footage and slow feeding it to the masses who tuned in to drag him.
