With the power of FFmpeg and much patience with SSTV encoders and decoders gives you stupid stuff like this. YouTube compression really hated the noise but I tried to upload it in 1080p but it still looks really bad compared to the raw video

If you don't know what SSTV is. Its encoding method to send modulated images over radio at a very low bandwidth. There are multiple ways to encode a SSTV image and I'm using a method called Robot36. The 36 means it takes 36 seconds to send the signal. And there's 6797 frames in this video. You could probably guess how long it took to do this

If you want to know what it sounds like:

The audio and SSTV images was just a Low power FM signal that was broadcasting with an extremely heavily modified shitty walkie talkie that probably wasn't legal anymore, but it was so low powered I don't think anyone mind.

For shits and giggles I added a intro because it kind of had that tv station vibe. But could not figure out the stupid whine in the intro. Oh well. At least it's not in the music

The universe was on my side because there was no inference or anyone using the frequency I was using. It was nighttime so that could have helped.

DT: Day:Month:Year
FR: Frame Number (Was super useful cause I fucked up the decoders file order)
