Most of the employees from my experience, with the exception of management, get paid just above minimum wage, work long hours which are usually from open to close, and really have no reason to be motivated for the job whatsoever. I’m not saying that excuses their poor work because at the end of day they’re the ones who have to deal with anything if they mess up on a customer’s car, but I can’t blame them for not caring about their jobs entirely

I seriously don’t know why people continue to go to jiffy lube. Seems like everybody had a horror story about them

Even if it's tight if it had a fucked up gasket it's going to leak you should have had them replace it again
