You cut off the moment where the boss of that pizza chain revealed she had a heart. She gave our delivery boy an ultimatum. If he could pass a drug test in one month’s time, he would be brought back on with a promotion to the kitchen. It’s clear he’s motivated, and he deserved a second chance.

From someone who used to work in Hospitality it doesn't surprise the other workers are horrible and bullies. Hospitality is a very toxic industry.

To those that are shocked about the employees acting out like they do on camera, don't be. My family owns a restaurant/hotel and they were contacted by a show like this. They were told to act as if they were throwing the employees under the bus and to act over the top for rating. If they did the show would buy them new kitchen equiptment.

I remember my first food job they had secret shoppers and one came in the wkend I worked, it was at slotzskys sandwich shop and we only would have 2 workers every other sat and the shoppers came in and I waited on them and when I got to work on Tues I got called to the office the owner gave me a plaque and a letter with $200 cash said i got the highest score out of all his stores said the shoppers was so impress with me 🤗

The disconnect between the corporate and store-front parts of companies is staggering. The corporate side doesn't understand how their policies don't work in real life, and they refuse to come down for long enough to see that they don't work.

Yes, I was at Costco and I witnessed a young guy being brutally treated by some older women boss. I mean it was degrading. I walked up to her looked her in the eye and said she was way out of line and was making my shopping experience horrendous. Then I said the next thing I'm going to do is go straight to the manger and ask for her to be disciplined. You should have looked at the look on her face, it was worth a million dollars. My wife on the other was worked up with me, for being over the top. LOL what goes around comes around.
