At first I thought I had wasted 4 years of my life for someone who couldn't have cared less about me in the end when they ghosted 1 day after talking about our future together. I was left confused and in shock. But ulimately I realized I had internal work to do if I was willing to let someone like that into my life. The problem was me, not them. I got sick in 2014, in on 10/4/2015 I died for a minute. I have a/fib. I gained weight- up to 300 lbs. I lost weight. I am at 258. I’ve not been at this weight for 8 years. It took me 2 years to lose 40 lbs. I struggled for years to lose the weight. Never give up. Be stubborn and keep putting in the effort. Be willing to attempt any strategy even if it seems to go against the grain. You can do it. Remember who you are!
