In this video I use the neon pigment powder from Born Pretty Store. This is a very highly pigmented neon powder. It was jammed packed with powder. Very easy to use. Very pretty vibrant color. I love how bright it is. It is very versatile too. There are so many different ways to use this powder. There are so many colors available too! Very nice pigment powder.

These pigments can be tricky but they are super fun to play with...I haven't used it with regular polish yet thanks for showing us how it works and how it doesn't...lol...awesome video

Finally someone who’s nearly as clumsy as me! Lol. Loved this! I’m mad at born pretty, but I recently did get in some neon powders from another source. I may have to actually use them. (Who knew?)
