VERSATILE | The North Face

Both experts in their disciplines, Victor De Le Rue and Sam Anthamatten are still looking for fun and new adventures. Team athletes and free riders, they are changing the way we move in the mountains. The goal is no longer to reach a summit and then come back down, now they jump over crevasses, ride down steep slopes, climb ice walls to ride them better and use their paraglider to fly over obstacles.

We're living in an absolutely golden period of mountain sport film making. Mind blown again, not only by the extensive skill-sets of these athletes, but also the directors, pilots, photographers, editors and sound design team. Can't believe what people are achieving today.

oh my god, I just started watching and that opening glacier scene is one of the best skiing segments I've seen (been watching ski films since early 2000's). The filming, edit and sound design are so good.

imo those are some of the most beautiful mountains of the Alps. Incredible movie as well! Those drone shots are on another level and it conveys the message really well. Being versatile in the mountains really opens up so many possibilities.
