In control panel
Edit system environment variables
under environment variables, ensure that C:/Program Files/Git/cmd is in the file path

or you can also add

C:/Progam Files/Git/

to the file path,

now, adding all this to the file path will cause all the exe files to be executed from anywhere in the command prompt
