Changing the audio mode is what fixed the problem for me because both of my inputs weren't working.
my case was not as you showed in the video where only your microphone didn't work and that's what caused the headphone problem

It's down to sample rate being locked on the focusrite when you are using other apps that are in a different sample rate {44.1k etc}. Have to close them down then open PP and mixconsole will automatically switch to 48k.

My fix was to have Default Input to No Input. But keep in mind that in my case, I don't need to input any audio.
