pivot is a new television network from Participant Media — the people that brought you movies and documentaries like "Lincoln", "Food, Inc.", and "An Inconvenient Truth."

pivot delivers diverse talent and an entertaining mix of original and acquired programming. Content will range from a live nightly topical show to narrative films and documentaries, alongside original comedies and dramas. Available to more than 40 million subscribers at launch, the network is also coming soon as a live streaming channel via an interactive, downloadable app.

But other networks aren't offering these shows. Isn't that the point? I mean, in Australia Please Like Me was an ABC-TV2 show, but do you think ABC in the US would touch it? No, that's why pivot gets to offer it.

Pivot was an American digital cable and satellite television network owned by Nexstar Media Group. within a 50/50 Joint Venture between the Hearst Corporation. that aired programming that focused on social issues, activism and autism. The channel, targeted at young teens and adults between 12 and 34 years old, debuted on August 1, 2013. and revived on January 11, 2023.

No offense, but the series about ganger parents raising children is setting forth a truly terrible precedent: that people can join gangs and still be considered good 'role models, ' let alone parents, defies all logic. I feel terrible for their children for growing up in that scenario. One would think that the parents would have left that dangerous and tumultuous lifestyle in favor of providing a stable home for their kids, and Pivot wants to perpetuate this? Sickening.
