This is a guide to the trial 'Worqor Lar Dor Extreme' (Valigarmanda Extreme) in Final Fantasy XIV.

I know Valigarmanda was revealed in the media tour, but for anyone who hasn't been keeping up with that, I don't want to spoil anything.

Little tip for the volcanoes if they’re giving you trouble! Always look towards the same one~ if it’s erupting, run away, if it’s not, run to it! This makes it so instead of looking back and forth, you’re focused on one location

1:26 ive done a few practices rounds and ive noticed something from the last couple ive done. Dunno if anyone else commented but you don't need to hug the wall. You can go wait either the A or B markers after the second line to wait. it makes dodging and moving into the top of the marker much easier

Here's a tip if you have a good headset: For the volcanoes, you can actually hear which direction is going to erupt based off the direction the sound is coming from in your headset. Obviously, this might also be based off of my sound settings in game. But this works for me.
