I appreciate your efforts on reviewing this game. I tend to pass on latest tycoon games coming out because they seem either gimmicky or lacking substance. Your explanations of different activities and how they interact with each other gives a lot of nuance to the game. It also sounds like a game that makes you keep paying attention to all aspects of your empire because you are never able to create a setup that just runs itself.

What I am trying to say is that I am definitely going to buy this game now.

That would be cool if in general lieutenants would or could betray you without u actually mistreating them. As it would be realistic. Like they ask for a higher salary for no reason and if u continuously deny them they lose loyalty. Would be a cool implement in a any strategy game really. Also unknown character traits of being dislpyal rather than the game just telling u they are

There are a few things that need balancing and fixing, specially the warehouse full alerting the cops, i mean, i have a storage of pure coffee and cops are coming for that?

They need to add building clicking. Seeing those misaligned buildings is annoying; I understand this is a work I’m progress but I hope they add it soon.

So after about 8+ hours continuing the game after the tutorial I find out that lieutenants do NOT level up when you play as continuation from the tutorial. Well that really sucks and no choice but to start again in sandbox or something. I really question devs on this decision though.

Ah l so disappointed!! I was hoping it would be like a gangster game...a better game than empire of sin...this game if it had shoot outs between bosses and gangs...and had battles...yeah l would be interested..but to be honest after tycoon 5 this game would struggle to beat that. These games really miss the point imo...if l have built stuff up and leveled up lieutenants l want to see them in fights...to have godfather type battles...the problem with these games is the managing of your empire is great...but like with total war games...l want to be rewarded at seeing my hard work give results in a battle etc...anyway l have frostpunk...and tycoon 5 and skylines....l def dont want another clone. Oh well..not for me this one!
