hello, I broke my phone so I went to get it fix and it updated it everything . I lost my viber messages and I didn't do a backup and now I dont know how to restore the messages

Doesn't work because when I tap account I only get a choice of 'purchases' or 'deactivate account'. It doesn't have Viber backup.

10 years ago I used to have a Samsung Galaxy mini mobile, in which I had downloaded viber, which I later deleted, because in that mobile I deleted the viber folder. It was done, so obviously, all the photos were also deleted, of that rare chat, so now can I recover that rare chats in my new Xiaomi mobile with the method you mentioned? Sir reply pls 🙏💐

Issue is backup and restore on new phone chat messages but including pictures and videos. From Viber support they told me that on the backup page there is a question whether to include videos, however in my case although Viber version is 14.5.0.7, it starts backing up without this question. What do you suggest? Thx

I was using android earlier. Now shifted to ios. Back up happened to google drive but in ios it only restores from icloud. Is there any workaround for this?

Hi, on old tablet (on new the same) there are no VIBER BACKUP option, when I tap Account. There are only Purchases and Deactivate account options. How I can find Backup and Restore options?? Thanks
