Harp/Ambient Music - Vindsvept - The Fae

So I'm listening to The Name of the Wind for a second time during work. It's without a doubt even better the second time around. The name of the song is taken from the second book where Kvothe meets Felurian. I highly recommend the series, can't wait for the third book!

Fun trivia about this song. The melody was written way back in 2012 and the song was written with the intent of having a vocalist sing on the verses but that never really happened. I dug up the old song and redid the whole thing. It's a bit strange in places. It's hard to balance all the harps and weird ambient sound but I think it turned out okay. At least in my head it sounds like the scene I had in my head. I hope you like it as well, have a splendid day and thank you all for the continued support.

The only criticism I have is that I'm starting to recognize a pattern with how you tent to end the music, it pretty much always slows down and then ends on a long note. Sounds fine but on some pieces you've made it felt slightly out of place, I feel some songs deserve a either more abrupt end. It may even be neat to see what you could do with a piece of music that less a less resolved ending even. Other than that, good as always :)

This would make for good main menu music for an RPG game. All I've ever wanted to do was design and make a video game. Combining all the elements of what makes a good first/third person RPG. Something along the lines of Arcanum + Elderscrolls + Thief + Amnesia + Pillars of Eternity.
