Love the aggression because that really is one of the problems with these two tier racks; they wabble

My question sanitary is this? You wash your dishes then place them on a drying rack over the sink. With hot water comes steam. Steam raises. If your clean dishes are over the sink, where does the steam go? Is there such a thing as dirty steam? Dirty water dirty steam. What about washing a dirty pan with caked on egg, or pancake. What if it splashes?

I love the concept of utilizing wasted space. This doesn't seem sanitary to me.
