Just treated myself to an Inspire 3 after watching several videos on youtube. I'm pleased with how many functions it has. I'm in England now & it was £69.00 which is £20 off the usual price. Colour is a nice bonus, clockface choices are nice. There's at least 4 I'll switch between that I like best. Love the Morning Glow band. I might get a couple of other colours to switch.
Compared to my original Original Flex (not a Flex 2!) that still works & I've had for many years, this Inspire 3 has so many functions it feels like a real treat for me!

I've just tried the wellness breathing & I'll definitely use that. I like it. I've set an alarm for the morning & will try the smart wake too, to see how it is.

I can see why some people say the steps and calorie etc numbers are small but to me that's fine. I prefer the shape and size of this fitbit & a square-shaped one isn't for me. To me, the fact that there's a display showing my steps and everything else, is a huge upgrade from a Flex with 5 little lights & that's it!

I got this Thursday morning & it was 53% charged already, so I wore it immediately & went out for the day. I am happy about how long the battery lasts. I charged it up to 100% on Thursday evening when I got home & it's now sunday night & it's at 77%. I have auto-awake on for the clockface & not 'always on' It only takes a gentle wrist movement for the display to show the time etc. So I am really happy about that. You know it isn't going to suddenly stop working. With the Flex I had to check on the app how the % was doing & remember to charge overnight a few times a week!
Super happy with this on so far!! Go for it!

I wore this to get a routine stress test at my cardiologist. With their equipment my heart rate went to 144 but the Fitbit never left the '60s. I've noticed that the heart rate monitor is kind of all over the place. I'm not sure any of the fitness trackers do that well with heart rate. Fitbit says to do all of these things and blames it on different environmental factors such as sweat!! It's a fitness tracker!! I'm thinking of returning it but I do like having phone notifications on my wrist and that works well. I haven't been able to get out and go for a walk with it so I don't know how that works. It's very very comfortable. I had skin sensitivity issues with the Galaxy watch 5 and had to return it, but have had no issues with the Inspire 5. I would probably recommend it to track steps etc but not for any health metrics. I also haven't tried the connected GPS.

I would like to know if this device can simply maintain your HR on the screen without having to swipe Etc. Knowing my HR is the only thing I want out of a monitor.

is there a way to stay on the heart monitor mode without it changing automatically? it keeps going back to the clock every 2 minutes no matter how many times i go back to the heart monitor mode, also i don't like those notifications that say "you're earning! keep going!"
