Grazie per questa ricetta che porta lontano nei ricordi. Mia nonna, in Sardegna, la preparava aggiungendo i pomodori ai quali aveva tolto i semi. La metteva in teglia ricoperta da una foglia di fico e la cucinava in forno quando cuoceva il pane. La chiamavamo "Coccoi e Tamata" focaccia di pomodoro ❤

Hi from Italy, Here this type of dough has many names from region to region and varies in fillings. My favorite is the potato one but also the red onion one is really special. It is often called "schiacciata" and from north to south everyone or almost everyone understands you. Often in the south the same name is given to a different type of focaccia than the Genoese one. In short, try every combination. You won't regret it and it will always be an absolutely irreplaceable dinner saver. 😂❤
