Or you could cut the axle directly with a cutting wheel, saving the wheels. This works too though and will probably do this on a few. Thanks for the video!

Monoblock has had those types of axles for a while.

I like the Samed wheels, but they need to work on quality control. I have had tires that don't quite stay on the wheels and have had axles (the fixed axle wheels) in the same set be different lengths so one set fit and the other set didnt. It wasn't the base because I could move the axle sets from front to back and some set was too short in either position. The ones without issue seem great though.

You say wait till the glue dries on one end but how do you put the other side together, you can't really wait for glue to dry when you have to close one end?

You can get flush cut snips ( mint are from 3d printing) and they fit better the wheel and the body to snip the axle and hit your dog in the eye

I have a problem with one pin coming out while inserting the other pin. I also don't think all pins are equal some go in so much better than others. I bought a tool from eBay that helps insert the pin. I was using super glue but that stuff dries so fast. Any suggestions? Great video.
