Your First Drum Beat in Ableton Live 12 - Beginners Tutorial

In this tutorial, our instructor Matt shows you everything you need to get started with making your own drum patterns in Ableton Live. After this tutorial, you'll be fully ready to make all kinds of your own grooves! We get started with setting up your first MIDI clips and audio tracks. We're going to be using the classic 909 core kit in Ableton. The sounds we're going to be using are the 909 kick drum, hihats, tom, crash and snare. We'll be manipulating the sounds to achieve an awesome groove. Let's get started!

I've watched a lot of ableton tutorials and a ton of them give me analysis paralysis as a beginner. the pacing is usually really slow and dragged out before randomly speeding up or cutitng to a window/effect without explaining how they got there. as much as you did an amazing job explaining how to do what you showed throughout the video i felt like you also gave me the tools to play around and experiment on my own after watching the tutorial.
