Despite two areas being monitored for tropical development in the Atlantic basin, neither has greater than a 50% chance of development over the next few days. The lack of development will not prevent heavy rain from impacting Central America and the Caribbean.

I think Nadine is possible in the Western Caribbean tomorrow. The odds for development has increased significantly over the last 24 hours. The only thing working against it is the time it has before landfall. If it can wrap up into a storm before it reaches Belize on Saturday maybe we could give get a brief TD or TS.
