TOKI ARCADE PLAYTHROUGH - HD 60fps (JUJU DENSETSU)

Nostalgia hits hard sometimes, so i had to set-up MAME again just to play this, as i never fully enjoyed home ports (i had NES, AMIGA and MD/GENESIS versions) of this great arcade title. I used to play this a lot when i was 12 and i am amazed on how well i remember the enemy patterns. So i decided to try a 1 life run like the old times and i succeded at the third try. This is done without cheat, autofire and shit like that. Hope you'll enjoy.
Oh, and yeah, i can't wait for the xbla remake! ;)

Played with an xbox 360 controller, recorded @60fps with FRAPS.

I'd forgotten this till I saw it here, this game was cool. Man, why did machines like these die out? Used to be one in most deli's, wouldn't they still make money now? Wish they'd come back. I used to travel miles and be in trouble getting home late from school day after day to go and play Bubble Bobble. Was in a band once that played the theme from Moon Patrol too.

The Lynx version of this was amazing, it was so accurate even the sound effect samples were indentical

Toki's enemies' names would work great for black metal bands. :-)

The screen with caricatures of the creators went by MUCH too quickly. It should have stayed until you pressed all the buttons at once to move on. That graphic was a fantastic idea, and I wish all arcade games of that time had something similar, as they usually only gave you their staffers' nicknames at most.
