This song was co-written by Micheal McDonald (Doobie Brothers) Roth got him to help write it because Ed Alex, and Don Landee were locked in 5150 working playing writing and didn't want Ted Templeman in the studio at the time.. its in Templemans book. .. Edward was not aware that Roth had gotten McDonalds help writing the lyrics until much later
