What skills & qualifications are essential to work in Human Resources?

You definitely need to have a lot of patience. You got to be good with numbers because you will be dealing with numbers and the number one I would say would be to be able to deal with you have to like what you do you have to be passionate about what you do and to be able to deal with different types of people and with different situations. If I would summarize it i would say you need to be able to have strong change management, you need to be able to have excellent people skills, communication skills and be able to able to identify the good talent in order to know what to do next with it.
