UVB-76/MDZhB-analysis of 'buzz' signal

RX: RFT EKD 500 with 6 kHz - 100 Hz mechanical filter and very narow audio filter about 10 Hz for severaly signal.
Antenna: Mini Whip (PA0RDT), home made on 7 m. above ground, cca 20 m from building.
Software: for grapfics - ARGO 134, Spectran V2, SpectrumLab
sound: sound recorder on Win98 / (Win98-CPU 350MHz, 128MHz RAM only)
Handling signal on AdobePhotoshop and Wavepad

Strange enough, the buzz timing is similar to the one of a telephone exchange. Imagine this: take an old analog telephone, one with the two bells and the little hammer in it. Remove the bells, or substitute the ringing apparatus with a buzzer (hehe). Now dial that number from another telephone connected to the same exchange and let it play forever. Put the buzzing phone near to an open microphone and voilà! You have "The Buzzer" hehe :)

@grayson2503 Background noise I believe.. If it was made in January/Feb this year it could be from solar radiation messing with the ionosphere. I could also be talking directly out of my ass though, fair warning :D
