I think Christian Walker is also a potential breakout player. He had 36 HRs with 100 rbi potentials and he’s also started to get his average up with hits on the ground.

Nice piece. I like to look closely at players that are in their walk year (last year before becoming UFA's). Perhaps you have a future list for that. If you look back into recent history, you'll notice these guys are playing for their next contract and really seem to produce higher than expected.

Munoz will be the closer if he is back from injury quick enough. May miss opening day due to surgery, but he took over the closer role ladder half and into thee playoffs. Great breakout candidate.

George Kirby will be a cy young candidate, dude is unreal with insane command. He took the #2 SP spot in the playoffs and dominated.

This Mariners FO has transitioned to high leverage RPers for high leverage moments. What does that mean? They will not deploy Muñoz like they did Edwin Diaz. The days of an established “closer” in Seattle are long gone. While Muñoz has earned the right to face the best hitters in the most high leverage situations he will share the Saves with Brash and Sewald. Brash has WICKED knuckle curves and sliders- there’s a chance he could finish the year with more Saves than Moony. You could get prob get Brash off waivers

Muñoz is a young stud and we’re (M’s) lucky to have him but if you’re looking for a breakout dominant closer for your Fantasy League- Muñoz is NOT that guy. An RP3 or RP4? Absolutely. 10th rd pick? Not a chance. You can take that to the bank my man..
