Anyone watching this video who isn’t familiar with Lana’s artistry I would encourage you to check out her 2019 album “Norman F-ing Rockwell, ” her 2021 album “Chemtrails over the Country Club” and her album from last year “Did you know that there’s a tunnel under ocean blvd.” She has been dismantling everything that’s wrong with society in the 21st century through her music and poetry for almost 20 years now, and the mainstream media has hated her for it since before she even got famous. She is an independent thinker walking her own path and marching to the beat of her own drum and all the people with no independent thought or critical thinking have never understood it and always been threatened by it. Lana’s music has always been about freedom, the beauty and power of everyday people and the mundane beauty of the world around us, and it is paradigm breaking for the established systems that dominate our society. Her music is profound, inspiring and thought provoking in the way that true art should be. Not to mention her voice is the most soulful out there and her sense of musicality completely unique to her, Taylor Swift has (admittedly) been ripping her off for years now. Hi! Big Lana and comment section fan here. Funny I’m just now seeing this, but I had to leave the Lanita subreddit because Lana was being completely attacked for being with a conservative man( even saying she must be on drugs cause she’s with him) I just want to say I too dated out of my norm and fell in love with a more southern conservative older man and I’ve never known such love, peace and happiness. If this is what Lana has I’m thrilled for her. It’s just sad that because of her own fans she is almost radio Silent in her socials. I really hope she comes back soon. It’s been very sad to see her get shredded for marrying a conservative. Her last album songs like kintsugi, fingertips, ocean boulevard, it was clear all Lana wanted was marriage and a family. The album was so sad and I felt for her because I too am in my 30s and unmarried (but I’m headed in that direction) I’m just so glad she has someone now and I hope she can ignore the noise.

As a major super fan of Lana Del Rey aka Lizzy Grant fan I was thrilled to find out she was married. This really touches my heart because on her blue banisters and chemtrails over the country club album she talks a lot about the simple life with her family and now with her husband. I have been a fan of her since I was 12 and now I’m 25 and I’ve felt like as I’ve grown together as a person through similar experiences in her music and her life similar to mine. We have grown in similar ways. I deal with some of the same mental health issues she has and I can understand with someone who has issues similar to me how it feels and what’s it’s like and I feel there’s a strong connection there. Through her musically journey of heartbreak, alcoholism, drugs, loneliness, love, abusiveness, her own personal family life she’s been through hell and back and fought hard. And the way her music has really inspired me to be the person I feel I’m becoming is a big influence. Her hometown Lake Placid actually is only a little bit away from where I live and I make it a point to go up every year to talk to the locals who knew her and saw her old childhood home which is really neat so I can understand as a country girl herself growing up there why she would want to marry a country man. ♥️
