Increase the capabilities of your bead roller with these radius edge Dies. Create a radius on both straight and curved edges.

THE EASTWOOD RADIUS EDGE DIE SET FEATURES:
Fits most bead rollers with a 22mm shaft
Includes 4 Sets to create Radius Edges from 5/16" to 1-1/2"
Dies are machined out of CR12 steel with a 35 HRC hardness
The Eastwood Radius Edge Dies can produce smooth, even, large-radius edges in steel and aluminum. Fits Eastwood #21487, #32044, 28187, and #21327 Bead Rollers and other units with 22mm shafts.

Material = CR12
• Hardness = 30-40 HRC

I want to edge banding to 10mm. the 90 degree angles... My job is the round square, the maximum diameter is the 30 to 45 mm reduced. so how much bedroll wheel diameter required??

Looks like the Covell's round over dies. Wouldn't the set screw hole leave a mark on the material?
