BEAST TAMER - Trailer

The story follows Rein Shroud, a beast tamer intending to take down the Demon King. Unfortunately, Rein gets kicked out of his hero party, so he decides to become an adventurer. Soon after, he meets a girl from the Cat Spirit Tribe named Kanade. She is one of the strongest known species. The two decided to join forces, attracting the attention of the people who exiled Rein and other species.

I am wondering what's happening to adventure and labyrinth types anime? Not a single new anime good party with MC like near equal sex ratio in party and every single MC crewmates having goals of there one and excelling and there specific field.
All new animes are with MC's crew with all female except MC with Harlem type of setting and no crewmates with there own goals.
