my skin is dry.i have acne.when I use oil free moisturizer It doesn't moisturise enough my skin gets flaky but when I use heavy cream based or oil based moisturizer I get acne and comodones.its been 4 months I m using adapalene and niacinamide.its not working my acne are worse then before.please help 😭😭😭
