For those who are confused why I am showing indication manually with help of hand even though there has an indicator - Because it has to be done in driving license test at Santragachi as it is the mandatory rule here to pass the test.

You could use your legs too. It's not advisable to ride one-handed. Especially in bad roads. On top of that, you have a pillion rider.

Maharashtra mein bhi yeasa hi test hota he because indicator hamesh work nahi karata hand safe hai or esme pata chal jata he ki gadi bhi chalani aati hei ya nahi .me ne bhi diya tha our pass bhi ho gai

I know it's stupid but it's the rule to show those hand sign for passing the exam. No matter how much of a good bike rider you are if you can't show them properly you will fail. It's sucks and has no practical use in real life as indicator exists.
