This can be done using a program called Mobile VR station that allows you to mod directly from a zip file! So if you have had trouble Modding bonelab in the past because maybe you might have had an iphone and not an android then I can confirm this will WORK FOR EVERYBODY

Due to the new oculus update, some folders might not show up. This means that this method of downloading mods does not work rn. @Micheal_Fuller explains the situation in more detail on his latest upload (im pretty sure that he is one of the developers of the mobile vr station app)
