I’m not sure what I could do. I’m not particularly confident or vocal (I’m actually quiet, reserved and some say a bit shy) What can I do to help more? Obviously I’m vegan but that probably is not enough. I know I’m supposed to be doing something but don’t know what to do.

Meat better than plant. why you said?? Because meat has more protein you need for your body and cell to keep your body safe, this has been for over millions of years. But plant can give u vitamins c and D.
