I agree Jack. 20 years as a boom operator ( 6 as in the 135's and 14 in the 10's), rule number one... comm 1 A/R freq.. comm 2 OFF. .. bringing back memories...

The guy filming could be using the Instructor pallet interphone sys, with the comm 2 up.

Not sure why the Boomer has ATC freq toggled up while refueling. Comm 1 A/R freq should be the only thing you listen to while you are back there refueling.
