Hot dog with polish sausage - kielbasa

Today we made a hot dog with grilled polish sausage (kiełbasa), potato chips, and with a great, mexican inspired bbq sauce with chocolate. Below You can find a recipe:

BBQ Sauce:
oil
1 habanero
few cloves of garlic
blackcurrant cider 100ml
200ml ketchup
juice of 2 oranges
10g chocolate
50ml soy sauce
