Thanks, this helped me install this opener on my elderly mum's greenhouse - It saves her from climbing on a stall to open and close the window, and works really well!

I chose to insert a narrow strip of a rubber bicycle inner tube between the window bracket clamp and the frame to give it extra grip, because it kept slipping off no matter how hard I tightened the bolts. Smooth aluminium! It was easier than drilling new holes in the frame, which is what I was considering even though the instruction booklet said it wasn't necessary.

We live in a windy area. The problem is when they are open the window shakes when the wind blows. Is there any way to stop them from doing that.

Not an easy to use window opener AT ALL. When closing the window fully after it being fully opened the threaded cylinder comes off the cylinder housing very annoying & cumbersome to use. Not user friendly at all

Заводской брак. Гидроцилиндр на температуру не реагирует никак, шток не выдвигается . И не задвигается. Только от руки...механизм хорош, а гидроцилиндр заводской брак...😢
