I almost never had this issue in school and college, but once I started working full time, it is SUPER awkward to be in a quiet room with a client, typing on a computer and asking questions in a calm and friendly voice, only to be periodically interrupted by my gut demon’s demands for a sacrifice. 😅 I’m nervously waiting for the day a client jokingly asks me “do they not feed you here?” and I won’t know what to say. 🙃
