Durevole 26” DC Pedestal Fan

Here’s something interesting, a DC industrial pedestal fan! It’s made by a Chinese company called Deton, has blades that remind me of Airmaster & Diehl industrial pedestal fans, and is generally quite interesting. It’s sold under Mitra10’s in house brand.

I was in a bit of a rush during filming so I didn’t get to demonstrate all 5 speeds, but based on the performance on low & full speed, I think it’s a pretty good fan which I want myself!

that's pretty interesting...
it's says this guy use an EC motor for the main engine.
and after doing in-depth research in the google, EC motor is stands for Electrically Commutated Motor, which is also called BLDC motor. this type of motor is actually you can find in the drones, that needs to be commutated properly in order to spin the rotor, and to control the speed, it must hooked up with an ESC or Electronic Speed Controller, that makes this motor can do more than 3 or even 10 speeds. slightly different from the PC cooling fan BLDC, because this one use 3 phase system instead of 2 phase, that make this type of motor is waayyy more powerful, high torque, and efficient than PC fan's BLDC one, and maybe slighty less torque than conventional brushed DC motor, but it can give more RPM and way more efficient than brushed DC one.

Anyways here in Singapore we have a dc industrail fan too is a chinese oem but is rebrabded as Ander but ye is very powerful and 3blades which is not too common here in Singapore but is only online like Shopee and Lazada

5 speed fan? Normally I would see a pedestal fan, wall fan and table fan in 3 speeds

FYI, EC is different than a conventional DC motor.
I supposed this fan is fairly recommended than other industrial fans sold in Mitra10 (I haven't visit a Mitra10 again)
