wow. i've been researching Arenal for weeks trying to figure out a good time to come.. and you are totally correct that a lot of the information out there generalizes the entire country as opposed to La Fortuna / Arenal specifically. Thank you for this video!!! We already booked our trip for mid-November.. so our expectations are now tempered. Hope we get some (random) good weather!

This is great! Stumbled upon this as I was trying to figure best time of year to plan a wedding. I went in end of October 2007 and it was pretty darn clear. Now planners are telling me December to May is best so I was confused. I really would like the backdrop of our wedding to be Arenal volcano. Do you guys still stick to these timelines as of now? I would love to do a sept or October wedding despite other feedback. Thanks guys!
