As partly German I stand with you shouting out Germans who have issues with the accent. They are probably themselves too much aware of their own accent and have to live out their frustrations against others.
It is brave of you to go for this change, that's always scary and kudos to you for doing it.
Change always closes some doors, frightens away some people but in turn it opens new opportunities.

Well, a couple of things. First, I absolutely love hearing your voice and the accent. My grandfather came from die Schweiz (Lucerne canton) and my father could speak fluent Hochdeutsch. As a result, I learned some Deutsch as well and took a few years of language study in college. Sadly, I've forgotten a lot of it, but a German accent is a very nice thing for me to hear sometimes.

Second, I think that it really sucks that people objected to you speaking on your videos and were mean to you. Besides the point above, I think you do a fine job with English and hearing a voice reminds me that there's a real person behind the genius of your builds. You have taught me a lot and are a treasure to the Skylines community. I'm glad to hear you!

I find that your voice is perfect and I don’t stand people that think your voice is strong. Your builds make me so surprised and when you play vanilla, your details are so spot-on and I wonder how is that possible. A lot of big YouTubers like CPP etc. Think that you are one of the best vanilla detailer in cities. Just love it and your voice is great.
(p.s. gaseous stranger thinks that your one of the greatest vanilla detailer ever) And I hope that this series doesn’t die anytime soon.

I love the commentary, don't mind the accent, you're doing a great job. I always used move it to stick buildings together and these little imperfections like partiality covered doorways or windows still grinded my gears, yet I wasn't sure if I needed to use PO, as I thought it is just way to complicated. I think it is time to get it downloaded from the workshop. Berlin is the city where I proposed to my GF right under the Christmas tree on the Weihnachtsmarkt.
