disposable gloves and washing your clothes and shoes everyday is just as important
even more important is the fact that you should change gloves, mask and goggles
every time you go out and come back home. wash your hands for at least 2 min.
with soap and warm water every chance you get.

The disposable straps are supposed to be on the outside... omg the straps hold the mask against your face so you just showed everyone how to breath through the mask backwards... with a loose fitting mask

Oh my god, u did ALL wrong when remove the mask, please follow the steps:
1. U need to sterilize your hands.
2. The MOST important part, you should not use one hand to remove it, USE both hands to grab the straps behind ears and remove it.
3. Remove it slowly !! In order not to create air flow which might incur virus flies
4. After removesd, throw it away, sterilize your hands.

Remember don't use ONE hand to remove mask.
