Change is inevitable and as the outcome is unpredictable, change usually causes anxiety. The level of this anxiety depends on external factors such as how the change is justified, framed, rewarded and managed. It also depends on how much trust and involvement we experience during the process.

However, it also depends on how a person’s brain is wired, as this largely shapes what they take in as relevant and how much they can change existing patterns of behaviour.

In this 45 minute webinar recording, we learn more about why change is hard and what we can do about it, including:
- how you can deal with differences in people’s cognitive capacity for change and whether you can alter it or not
- whether your role is not to create stability, but to nudge them into the unknown (which is the opposite of what you are taught)
- how to help people feel safe during that process
- how you can greatly increase both your own and other’s capacity to deal with change, and their resilience through it.
