The relationship I ( and I think we ) have with this song is such a strange one, but I'm sure mellow would like that no doubt lol. There is a line in a popular pop song that says" you can be addicted to a certain kind of sadness". I think that line is a good description of how I feel about about this song. Through hard depressive times in my life I tend to turn this music to help me wallow, which gives me comfort, which gives happiness, which helps me to remember that I'm sad again. A whirlpool of emotions that only the beauty of that music along witt the magical and relatable projection of vulnerability seems to be able to stir within me.
