Why do I have to hold 2 buttons just to restart or power off my phone? I'm loving my 22 Ultra but I shouldn't have to do this...

I couldn't get Volume Down + Power simultaneously to work consistently. Half the time it brings up Bixby, which I don't use. Which leads to the question: how does one get rid of Bixby? Is there an electronic version of rat poison?
