Thank you for a great video! I want to make the point that being in the heart does not mean being in a positive place all of the time. that's just not what it's like to be a person. Being in the heart includes pain and sorrow. Feelings a lot of new age ideas ignore and gloss over. I know you already know this and feel it but I thought it wasn't as clear in this message. Although I find this message very meaningful. To acknowledge all the heart holds is to acknowledge all of the love, the pain, the wonder, the despair and every other detail that life offers up. For me the trick is to love the one in pain, love the one who was abandoned, that way my heart stays centered and I do not deny a vital part of my story.
