My son’s dog has always loved male humans. She didn’t care how many times I rubbed her belly, bathed her, fed her, bought her new beds, toys, etc. Unless she needed something from me, I didn’t exist. She will be fourteen next week. It’s only been in the past six months that she openly loves me back. 😊
