, even with these criterias, many are not able to score atleast 6.5 .some say it's the examiners problem, others say it is the student.
What are your opinions on this?

In all of the band 9 samples there are statistical examples present to support the argument, how does one prepare for that? If we add such content does it increase the chances of getting a 9 or 8.5?

So, if I had to summarize what the examiners want (according to the band descriptors) is:
-a variety of complex sentences
-a variety of verb tenses (especially the complex ones?)
-a variety of passive forms
-a variety of modals
-a range of comparative forms
-a range of linking words
Basically, it's all about "variety "(range) of all the above structures (without being obsessed with "complex" or "simple" grammar).Am I wrong?

Thanks for the video really helpful. I have a doubt while starting task 2 some people say that start from just paraphrasing don't initiate with these lines is it correct or we need to start with the lines mentioned in the video. It will be great help if you can revert back. Thank you. I am practicing i have to get band 8 atleast.

Please provide chapter divisions/time stamps for such long lectures. It's common sense when you upload videos
